Returns & Refunds

We hope you are completely satisfied with your Amino Performance order. If you need to return an item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

Returns

To be eligible for a change-of-mind return, products must be unused, unopened and in their original condition, with all seals and packaging intact.

Due to the nature of our nutritional and feed supplement products, we cannot accept returns of products that have been opened, unsealed or used where they are no longer suitable for resale for health, hygiene or product-safety reasons.

Please contact us before returning an item so that we can provide the appropriate return instructions.

Unless the product is faulty, damaged or incorrect, customers are responsible for the cost of returning the item.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Where you exercise your statutory right to cancel an eligible online order, we will also refund the standard outbound delivery charge where required by law. Any additional cost paid for an enhanced or express delivery service is not refundable beyond the cost of our standard delivery service.

Please allow time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund after it has been issued.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Orders

Please contact us as soon as possible if your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect. Where appropriate, we will arrange a replacement or refund.

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights.

Cancellations

If you wish to cancel an order before it has been dispatched, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to stop the order before dispatch, although this cannot be guaranteed once fulfilment has begun.
